ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that previously, the case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and thereafter, altered into Sections 306, 498-A IPC. He would further submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation and charge sheet is ready.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
