PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider petitioner representations dated 03.10.2025, 11.07.2025 and 29.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders and release Rs.5,81,332/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two Only) and Rs.1,18,92,003/-(Rupees One Crore Eighteen Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand and Three) with respect to Award No.05/2023 dated 15.06.2023 due to the Petitioner herein as per Award No.05/2023 dated 15.06.2023 and Award No.05/2023 dated 15.06.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court For Petitioner :Mr.D.Nallathambi For Respondents :Mr.D.Sadiq Raja for R1 to R5 Additional Government Pleader

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider petitioner's representations dated 03.10.2025, 11.07.2025 and 29.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders and release Rs.5,81,332/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two Only) and Rs.1,18,92,003/-(Rupees One Crore Eighteen Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand and Three) with respect to Award No.05/2023 dated 15.06.2023 due to the Petitioner herein as per Award No.05/2023 dated 15.06.2023 and Award No.05/2023 dated 15.06.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted representations to the official respondents dated 03.10.2025, 11.07.2025 and 29.12.2025 and release the award amount dated 15.06.2023. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 2 to 4 within a period of eight weeks.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to conclude the proceedings by 3/5
considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
