ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 4 to 7 and give adequate police protection at the time of take survey the properties to demarcate the boundaries in Survey Nos.1589/2B and 1589/4B situated in Varasanadu Village, Mayiladumparai, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the respondents for consideration. 2/4
3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
