PRAYER IN ALL THE CRL.O.Ps.: Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.01.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Palanivelayutham For Respondents : Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) COMMON ORDER The petitioners have come forward with the present Criminal Original petitions to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaints of the petitioners dated 10.01.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaints of the petitioners dated 10.01.2014 enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 12.01.2014.
3.Today the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) handed over the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original petitions are closed and the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
