2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2020 for the offences under Section 489(B) of I.P.C. in Crime No.119 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.
3. A1 and A2 were got red-handed.
Following their interrogation, the involvement of A3 came to light. Following the interrogation of A3, the involvement of petitioner herein came to light.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature. The investigation is still at preliminary stage. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
