2021 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUNIYANDI.S, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9357 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
