ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.961 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025. 2.Mr.R.Sankarakkutralingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is studying ITI at Chromepet, Chennai and hence, he is facing some difficulty in complying the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.961 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025. Accordingly, he prays to modify the condition.

3.Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has not complied with the 1/3

condition even a single day. Hence, he raises objection to relax the condition. 4.Heard both sides.

5.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.961 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025 is hereby modified directing the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Taluk Police Station, weekly once i.e., on Sunday at 10.00 am., until further order.
