The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the First Information Report, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.09.2015, against the respondents 3 to 6.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed.
