This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the respondent police to file final report and complete the investigation in Crime No.332 of 2013 within a stipulated period. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought three months' time for filing final report.
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
