Respondents Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5087/2017/A3 dated 06.02.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Destitute Widow Certificate to the petitioner within stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court.
