RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.21613 of 2016 while granting bail to the petitioners by the order dated 14.11.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 18.11.2016 onwards. He would further submit that the investigation is pending. 3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10 a.m. for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
