O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to disburse bonus pay from 2010 to 2012, Grade Pay for the year 2012, full payment from 01.02.2010 to 31.12.2011 and pongal bonus from 2010 to 2011, accounting to a sum of Rs.4,76,132/- to the petitioner within a stipulated time, so as to keep the petitioner at par with co-workers as per the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that with regard to the request made by petitioner, during the pendency of this writ petition, the Authority under the Rights to Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, made a final recommendation on 17.11.2022 in File No.275/LO/2021, to the first respondent. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. 15.12.2022 pm 3/4
