The First Information Report was filed against the petitioner. When the petitioner approached this Court for bail, the Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000 jointly, which was duly complied with by the petitioner. Now, after completion of the investigation, the respondent police have dropped the proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to withdraw the said amount.

2. Accordingly, this petitioner is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the same.
