ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to comply the order in Cr.M.P.No.8281 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, dated 21.10.2021 by registering a case on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.08.2021 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent registered a case in Crime No.139 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 417 and 419 I.P.C.
