Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the first respondent in M.C.No.239/Ni.Che.N and Ka.Thu.Aa/M.Ma/2021, dated 25.10.2021.

2.The petitioner involved in a case in Crime No.493 of 2021 under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. On the requisition of the second respondent, the first respondent passed the impugned order under Section 122(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., directing the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2246 of 2022 to be in custody till 08.03.2023. Against the impugned order, the petitioner has preferred a revision case in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.884 of 2021. The petitioner has filed a petition for suspension of sentence, pending disposal of the said revision. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

4.Earlier the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10559 of 2021, seeking to suspend the sentence and this Court by an order dismissed the petition only on 03.01.2022. Since there is no change in circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
