O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.479 of 2022, dated 28.01.2022, wherein directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur, daily at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm for a period of two weeks.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in Tirupur there are four Judicial Magistrate Courts and since in the order dated 28.01.2022, the Court has not been specified, he is not in a position to comply with the conditions.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur and other conditions already imposed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.3525 of 2022 learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai shall remain unaltered.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
