JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The Writ Appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.29760 of 2025, dated 24.10.2025.

2.The writ petitioner had filed the Writ Petition challenging the communication dated 29.01.2024 issued by the District Revenue Officer to the Commissioner of Land Administration.

3.The learned Single Judge, upon finding that the said communication is in the nature of a recommendation to the Commissioner of Land Administration and, therefore, not amenable to challenge, granted liberty to the writ petitioner to raise all objections in the proceedings before the Commissioner of Land Administration and disposed of the Writ Petition. Aggrieved by the same, the writ petitioner, as appellant, has preferred the present Writ Appeal.

4.We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.On a consideration of the materials available on record, it is evident that the matter relating to classification is presently pending before 3/6

the Commissioner of Land Administration. It is for the appellant to substantiate his claim and put forth all his objections before the said authority in the manner known to law. At this stage, no interference is warranted by this Court in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge. We find no merit in the Writ Appeal.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
