ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.821 of 2014 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent has altered the FIR and the name of the petitioner has been deleted from this case. 3.The statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
