(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's case on the file of the respondent within a time frame.

2.Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's case is posted for hearing on 24.02.2020 and that the same would be disposed of within a period of three months. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the Writ Petition may be disposed of.
