Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11670 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.18356 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 22.12.2021, has modified the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the said direction only for one month.
