Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl. m. P. (MD) NO. 11331 of 2016 in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 20568 of 2016 dated 18.11.2016 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

to Modify the condition that instead of appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur the petitioners may be directed to appear before the Insptector of Police, S10 pallikaranai Police Station, Chennai in Crl.OP(MD) NO. 20568 of 2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 29/11/2016 onwards and the investigation is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
