ORDER
The petitioners, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry have approached this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry has been conducted in Current Paper No.G5/5112/E-6299387/2023 and it was closed.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been conducted and it was closed, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
