ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested on 10.02.2022 and as such, nothing survives in this petition.
