ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in Cr.No.36 of 2023, within a stipulated time.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that in this case so far they have examined six witnesses and they have to examine a few more witnesses. He further submits that investigation would be completed within a period of one month.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03.06.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
