The petitioner has come forward with the Criminal Original petition to direct the 3rd respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 04.11.2015 and a closure report has been served upon the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
