O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.311of 2014 dated 09.05.2014 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in crime No.311 of 2014 has been closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., as lapse of period.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
