PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in No.79/BCDFGISSSV/2021 dated 20.11.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Arumugam, son of Selvam, aged about 26 years, now detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
