PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondent herein to take immediate action on the complaint registered in Crime No.235 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the Court concerned, within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, to the respondent to take immediate action on the complaint registered in Crime No.235 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought three months' time for filing final report.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
