ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had submitted the petition mentioned representation seeking issuance of patta after correcting UDR. It appears that the third respondent had called for reports from the respondents 1 & 2. The third respondent shall complete enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
