The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and act upon the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025 requesting replacement transfer of the incumbent Executive Officer of Arulmighu Neelakanda Pillayar Thirukovil, Peravoorani, Thanjavur District.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025 has been delivered to the respondents, which is evidenced by the tracking sheet report of the Postal Department and considering the fact that the said representation is seeking for a replacement of the Executive Officer of Arulmighu Neelakanda Pillayar Temple at Peravoorani, Thanjavur District, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
