O. P. (MD) NO. 21092 of 2016 and pass such further or other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MOHAMED SHERBUDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 01.12.2016 onwards.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appear before the Red Hills Police Station, Chennai, once in a week

ie., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and the petitioner shall also appear before the respondent police on summons.
