ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 22.09.2022 to the second respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The learned Special Government Pleader points out that one Nagaraj name is figuring as pattadar in the revenue record. The second respondent shall put the interested persons including the said Nagaraj on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
