Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the petitioners representation dated 06.12.2022 consequently directing the respondents No.2 to cancel and reconsider the plan approval for house site in Survey No.51/9B situated at Sri Sabari Nagar, Sambakudi Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.12.2022 to the second respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons including the respondents 5 and 6 on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
