This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the information given by the third respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the complaint was closed.
3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
