Nos.2211501 to 2211517 and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue the mark statements to the aforesaid 17 students within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.255 of 2022 followed by Cont.P.(MD)No.1882 of 2022. Pursuant to the direction given by this Court, the students studying in the petitioner's institution were permitted to write the petition mentioned examination. However, their results have not been published till date. When by the students were permitted to write their examinations, it will not be equitable to withhold the publication of the results. The second respondent is directed to publish the results of 17 students who wrote the petition mentioned examinations as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
