ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue passport (Application No. MD1066106430825) to the writ petitioner, based on the application dated 03.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is implicated in Criminal Case in C.C.No.241 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission to go abroad. In case an application is filed by the petitioner, the concerned trial Court shall disposed of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of 2/4

filing of the application. Based upon order to be passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
