By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition is filed seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 5 from laying any road through the petitioner's Patta land situated in Survey Nos.599/7G and 599/9C, Seelapadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner herein, this Court hereby direct the 4th respondent to effect the survey with the aid of the Taluk Surveyor to the property of the petitioner's patta land situated in Survey Nos.599/7G and 599/9C, Seelapadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, and demarcate the boundary, and thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to proceed with the laying of a road without disturbing the petitioner's patta land. Laying of a road can be continued after the completion of the survey of the petitioner's patta land. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
