.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to provide the information based on the order of the 1st respondent in SA.66E/2021 dated 05.03.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide information based on the order of the first respondent dated 05.03.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.By order dated 05.03.2021, the first respondent allowed the application filed by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act seeking for certain information with regard to the petitioner's agricultural property. The first respondent has also forwarded the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by him to the second respondent for implementation. Since the order has not been implemented till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Heard Mr.N.Jeyaram Sidharth, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Standing counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the first respondent in favour of the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, will be implemented as directed by this Court, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said statement is recorded.
5.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to implement the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the first respondent under the Right to Information Act, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
