Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioners 1,3 to 10 is relaxed. However, they shall appear before
