O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by way of interfering with the civil dispute, under the guise of enquiry, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submitted that since the dispute is of civil in nature, the second respondent has closed the complaint.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
