ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.21 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 379(NP) and 506(i) IPC, the petitioners are now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. On 06.02.2015, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a direction to them to appear before the respondent police. Today, the respondent police has filed a status report. The respondent police is also present.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the order passed by this Court and have not appeared even once. The respondent police has also filed regular case in Crime No. 21 of 2015 for offences under Sections 379(NP) and 506(i) IPC.

5. It is the case of the prosecution that these petitioners have taken away the bank passbooks, patta and fixed deposit bonds and jewelry worth about 15 sovereigns of the de-facto complainant. Since these articles have to be recovered, custodial interrogation of these petitioners is essential. Under such circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
