ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.26 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons received huge money from the defacto complainant by giving false promise of getting job in abroad for defacto complainant's son. Thereafter, failed to get any job and also refused to return the money. Hence the case.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

CRL OP(MD)No.2345 of 2023 4.It is seen that there are totally four accused in this case and the petitioners herein are arrayed as A1 & A2. The accused persons collected Rs.6,31,282/- from the defacto complainant in order to get job in abroad for the defacto complainant's son. Thereafter, they failed to do so. In fact, the matter was referred to mediation for amicable settlement. However, there is no settlement arrived between the parties. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
