ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.1142 of 2020 from the file of the third respondent and entrust to the same to the file of the second respondent with direction to conduct investigation in accordance with law and to file charge sheet.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.230 of 2021 and that the case stands posted for trial on 03.01.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
