2. This Court is modifying the order portion of the Writ Petition in W.P.Crl.(MD)No.642 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026, that the paragraph No.1, shall be replaced as under:

"The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to the petitioner and his family members including the 4th respondent to conduct temple festival by doing poojas to the Arulmigu Veerujakkammal Thirukovil situated at Verruchinnamalpuram, Near Poodhipuram Village, Theni District, on 15.02.2026 and 16.02.2026 in S.No.175/5 by considering the representation dated 21.01.2026 of the petitioner."
