LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent this court while admitting the Criminal Original Petition made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, he shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C. on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties and the petitioner shall give an undertaking to the effect that in the event of Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5048 of 2017 being dismissed by this Court, he shall appear before the Trial Court without waiting for any summons and thereafter, his presence shall be dispensed with until the disposal of Crl.O.P.(MD) 5048 of 2017.
