This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners, based on the representation dated 08.06.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners' son, by name Karthick is said to have eloped with one Jothika and both of them are found missing. Based on the complaint given by the parents of the said Jothika, now, the second respondent is conducting investigation and in order to enquire the petitioners, they were called, but, without appearing for enquiry, they have filed the present petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Considering the fact that the complaint is pending, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and in the course of investigation, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioners under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

guise of enquiry.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
