ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the official respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner is registered in N4/26443/208/P/2021 and is posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the third respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice to the private respondents herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
