ORDER
This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 4 for not allowing the petitioner and his family members from entering to worship in the Badhra Kalliamman Temple, Nagalapuram, Pudur Village at Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2021.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 29.07.2021 requesting the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.2641 of 2022 respondents 2 to 4 herein for not allowing the petitioner to worship in the Badhra Kalliamman Temple, Nagalapuram, Pudur Village at Thoothukudi District and the said complaint is pending before the first respondent for enquiry.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the first respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 4 and conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the reprensation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to both parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
