2.Thangavel : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to issue a direction against the first respondent not to interfere in a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent in O.S.No.488 of 2015 and O.S.No.356 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to interfere in a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent in O.S.No.488 of 2015 and O.S.No.356 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.115 of 2019 and since the dispute between the parties is of civil in nature, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
