ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband for their life and limb.
2. According to the petitioner, she is none other than the daughter of the third respondent herein. She fell in love with one Suresh @ Mohamed Sarfaraz and both of them got married. The third respondent refused to accept the said marriage and apprehending life threat at his hand, the petitioner made a representation before the second respondent on 10.06.2019 seeking police protection. Since the same has not been considered so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that now the third respondent accepted the marriage of the petitioner with Suresh @ Mohamed Sarfaraz and there is no threat to the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary.
